Q: My business is unusual/unique/unfamiliar to most. Can you still help me?

A: Yes. I spend a great deal of time getting to know clients and their businesses. Even when I have prior knowledge of an industry, I still work with clients to ensure the final product reflects their voice. During the preliminary phase and creation of drafts, you can supply industry-specific information or point me to reliable resources.

Q: My project is small. Are you still willing to work with me?

A: Absolutely. All projects are important, regardless of size.

Q: My project is huge. Can you handle it?

A: Yes. I do the majority of writing for clients on my own, but I work with a few other professional writers if a need arises. During the intake phase, we will decide if additional support is needed and create a time-frame that works for your business and mine.

Q: I was working with a writer who abandoned my project and now I have something half finished. Can you help?

A: Yes. This can make a project easier or more difficult, but I’m happy to finish what you need.

Q: Are you willing to sign an NDA?

A: In most cases, yes. I understand some information is sensitive and I respect any legal protection you feel is necessary.
